Program:
Provide volunteer and bereavement services to the terminally ill and their families. Also community outreach for grief and bereavement. Working in partnership with Northwest Michigan Community Health Agency.
Transitional Companions: Nursing home and other care facilities residents with minimal family supportVolunteer Hospice: Available to anyone who has a life limiting illnessBereavement: Available to anyone in the community
