Eligibility:   60 years of age, resident of Missaukee County, and meet eligibility requirements through pre-screen.

Cost:   Voluntary cost-share based on net income.

Services:   Services include; Transportation for medical appointments and essential errands (48 hour notice required) not handicapped accessible, Chore Services-including minor repairs, lawn mowing and snow removal, Annual Health Screens, Personal Care Services such as bathing, grooming, foot care and assistance with taking medications, Homemaker Services, Respite and Information and Assistance.
