Eligibility:   Persons in or needing long term care facilities or those advocating for them.

Cost:   Free or donation

Services:   Information about long term care facilities, explains residents’ rights and nursing home and adult foster care regulations, helps consumers resolve concerns about care and services, billing, rights and other issues. Works with providers, consumers and organizations to increase the use of best practices. Promotes community education.
